I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Rive Hotel. The staff member named Nur Din was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. He even helped me order a cab to the airport, although I did encounter a minor issue with the cab driver overcharging me. However, I suggest paying the hotel the cab fare beforehand to avoid any problems. Despite this small hiccup, my overall experience at Rive Hotel was satisfactory.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was decent and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location had easy access to the central area and was close to local attractions, which was convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice decor.
The air conditioning was barely working and the rooms were persistently hot. The cleanliness of the place wasn't up to scratch with dirty towels and toilets.
